Job Overview :
A City Head is responsible for growing Inspection and Transaction market share in the city that she / he handles. She/ he will be handling a large team and will be responsible for delivery a superior Customer Experience to both Buyers and Sellers
Responsibilities and Duties :
- Grow Inspection and Transaction Market share of the city
- Manage the two funnels - Buyer and seller funnel and improve the efficiencies of both
- Handle a large team of >100 people. Direct Reports - 5-6.
- Work closely on learning and development of the entire team
- Most importantly deliver happiness to Customers, Channel Partners and employees of Cars24
Qualifications:
- Education level - Tier 1/2 B-School or IIT, BITS, NIT or Equivalent
- Experience - 2-5 years of handling Sales, Business Development, City Operations
- Specific skills - People Management, Problem Solving
- Personal characteristics - Somebody who likes a job full of hustle, likes building and developing teams, loves to simplify things, is full of ambition, is optimistic and yet grounded on reality / facts.
