Cars24.com - Business Development Manager

Role/Duties :

- Setting up standards & processes for Cars24 new ventures

- Building business, ideate & execute pilot projects on improving demand & supply side funnels

- Extensively research to figure out global best practices & tailor them to Indian conditions to create the perfect mix

- Continuously look at each & every process related to Supply-Ops-Demand to come up with radical improvements & not just incremental ones

- Be the business owner for our upcoming in-house website & drive continuous product improvement along with product team

Required skills :

- Be a sleuth or Sherlock, both works! But should be able to figure out problems in a complex system and come up with innovative solutions to tackle them

- Be a DataWo/Man! Your decisions would need extensive data skills to figure out the extent of the problem, measure the impact of your solutions & iterate basis findings

- Be the best project manager Cars24 has ever seen! Your skills in making plans, breaking down problems & driving people to perfection will be essential!

- If you've product/project management experience in the past!

- Background in Engineering /Automobile will be a plus!
