What you will do : - Inspections &amp; Quality check : The centerpiece of India's fastest growing automotive start-up which is technology driven and deals in hassle-free car selling experience. - Lead entire QC (50+ members), Inspection (5 members) and Post sales grievances (10 members ) team from diagnostic to a sustainable phase of business support functions. - Revamp entire retail inspection and transaction SOPs to improve customer experience and improve processing time. - Assess existing and designed new process flows for inspection miss and tool management leading to cost saving of 6 million annually. - Address and conduct multiple hiring sessions to resolve issues - Manage leadership and city stakeholders ensuring synergy among all parallel vertical stakeholders - Lead small project teams to successfully execute identified levers through focused process changes and micro-projects - Drive product development and performance improvement focusing on creating new inspection application and quality check weblink. - Support product development in multiple UATs and ensure timely communication to retail and sales team for all updates. - Survey across multiple centres across India to collect inputs for internal product updates and simplification of procurement process. - Identify and oversee product development efforts for operations, finance and customer communication teams to ensure alignment on all projects. - Conduct extensive research studies and concept testing What you need : - Strong Business Acumen - Data Driven approach to problem solving - 4-8 years of experience in a startup/consulting/ecommerce setups - Prefer MBA from tier-1 institute - Great experience managing multiple and varied teams - Good interpersonal skills
