Area Sales Manager / Senior Area Sales Manager Job Responsibilities: - Handling a team of Sales Associates, Sales Managers - Plan and execute strategies to generate revenue - Penetrating Consumer Finance in assigned territories - Effective planning and deliver on target/metrics defined as part of job. - Team Management - Escalation Management - Growing business with allocated channel partners while adhering to process - Developing and appointing dealers and distributors to expand the product reach in the market. - Effective planning &amp; Supporting team to tie ups with Resellers (Used Car Dealers), DSAs and Used Car Setup of new used car Dealerships - Work Very closely with operations team for approvals and disbursals - Communicating effectively, engage and educate Channel Partners with regards to the benefits of the Cars24 Consumer Financing program.
