About the role:
- Preparing internal MIS reports for executive leadership and supporting their decision making
- Comparing historical results against budgets and forecasts, and performing variance analysis to explain differences in performance and make improvements going forward
- Examining and evaluating the cost-efficiency of Business lines/department/Stores of the company, in light of what percentage of the company's financial resources each department consumes
- Working with individual departments to prepare budgets and consolidate them into one overall corporate budget
- Creating, updating, and maintaining financial models and detailed forecasts of the company's future operations
Role Specification:
- CA/ MBA finance with at least 3 year+ of experience, preferably from manufacturing background
- Strong interpretation ability & promptness of response
- Coordinating with various locations/departments for collecting information and to enable smooth work
- Excellent Verbal and written communication.
- Detail oriented, output-driven and diligent individual
- Comfortable with ambiguity, unpredictable work hours and open to working in a fast paced startup environment
