General Manager- Spares
- We are looking for an experienced General Manager- Spare to lead and oversee the sourcing and Procurement for our special projects under spares vertical.
- Management of Demand planning, forecast & Material requirement planning.
Responsibilities/ KRAs:
- Be a core team member of the Spares vertical function for the organization, be primarily involved in strategic sourcing, supply chain management, logistics, cost optimization and vendor management
- Expanding the supply sources for spares (amongst established OEMs and OESs)
- Exploring new channels of spares supply
- Optimizing procurement cost of spares
- Optimizing internal Cars24 processes of spares ordering/ issuance/ invoicing
- Implement performance plans and process optimization
- Coach and develop direct reports.
Desired Skills:
- Relevant Sourcing experience in Car Service background
- Knowledge about material procurement, sourcing products, cost aspects, consumable, etc.
- Preferred Degree from a Premier Institute
- Ability to multitask and deal with ambiguity
- Strong knowledge of process excellence & optimization
- Great team management skills
