About the job :
- As a manager, you will be required to Scope, Manage and Own the analytical workplan by interpreting business needs.
- As a Core Analytics team member, you would be responsible for researching, formulating, and implementing innovative analytics solutions and accelerators, which would help functional heads and senior management in developing business-building strategies on a regular basis
- Work involves doing analysis on different stages of the business, performing RCAs, and sharing actionable recommendations
- Define the analytical roadmap of the attached business vertical and identify areas to proactively solve business problems
- Align with Stakeholders to agree on the requirements and expected output by defining the business objective to be achieved
- Create and oversee the production of technical project plans
- Ensure quality and timeliness of the team's deliverables
- Mentor junior members of the team by providing technical support and motivate them to promote professional growth
- Give data visibility to the business in a consumable form by presenting through visualization tools (preferably Tableau)
Must-Have Skills :
- 5+ years of relevant experience in analytics domain
- Expertise and hands-on experience with SQL and MS Excel
- Good working knowledge of quantitative & statistical techniques
- Experience in managing Stakeholder and aligning expectations
- Ability to take end to end ownership; understanding the business expectation, deciding the approach, and doing exploratory data analysis
- Experience in generating actionable Insights & Recommendations and driving adoption with the business
- Working knowledge of at least some of the Data Science techniques and algorithms
- Should be self-motivated to try new ideas & quickly iterate to reach the desired outcome
- Working knowledge of visualization tools such as Tableau will be an added advantage
- Must have experience in Python
