Role & Responsibilities.

- Budgeting and controlling

- Monthly P&L, MIS, KPI preparation and variance analysis

- Closely work with Business and P&L stakeholders for revenue generation/assurance and cost optimization

- Evaluation of new business partnerships and strategic initiatives

- Assist the Directors in Annual Budgeting & Planning

- Preparation and Review of Monthly Financial Statements with the Directors

- Periodic Reviews with Internal and External Stakeholders On Financial, Banking, Accounting and Tax compliance

- Implement Compliance Processes for Reporting and Compliance with the Requirements of the Reserve bank of India.

Candidate must have Banking Financial services experience with a strong communication skill set
