Communication and Engagement Lead


Job Title: Associate Manager, Manager (8-12 years)

Job Title: Communication and Engagement Lead


Role Description:


- The communication and engagement Lead is someone with expertise in crafting creative employee communications and strategic thought leadership content.


- Were looking for someone who can inform, inspire, and unite our people with impactful content, campaign and storiesthatshowcase what it means to live Carriers unique culture and values.


Key Responsibilities:


- Design communication strategies in line with local and global requirements


- Proactively identify communication and engagement opportunities, making recommendations and developing programs, linking back to the business strategy


- Assists executive leadership in developing presentations, speeches, and other important corporate messages for communication events like townhall, leadership connects, etc.


- Organize the leadership townhalls, internal virtual/on-ground events, and other large-format leadership events for building a connected organization


- Manage external vendors and agencies, budgets, and operations.


- Organize trainings and related initiatives to develop Technical, Soft skills and Business skills


- Support the HR function to develop engaging communications that reflect our employer brand and attract top talent to the organization


Desired Candidate Profile:


- A postgraduate degree is required (MBA in Marketing / MA in journalism/ Mass communication/MA English)


- Proven experience of successfully leading a communications team in a complex organization with experience of 8-12 years


- Strategic mindset and ability to navigate a large matrix and complex organization


Key Skills:


- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to interface effectively with all levels within the organization, including executive and senior management teams


- Writing skills ; must possess excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills as well the ability to source stories from employees, and leaders


- Speaking skills ; Should have strong speaking skills and the ability to moderate virtual town halls and dialogues


- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize and work effectively in a deadline-driven environment


- Knowledge Project management tools and techniques is a plus (JIRA)


- Proficient in MS Office is a must, knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus


Education: Graduate with MBA in Marketing/ MA In journalism/ Mass Communication
