Role: Talent Acquisition Specialist

Type: Individual Contributor

Reporting to: India HR Head

Location: Gurgaon

Looking for a hustler and someone with high ownership to work & build the teams around engineering, product, marketplace, support, and other key functions that are critical for business success. The individual will work closely with the business leaders to close the open mandates across levels & provide exceptional human capital service levels ensuring zero business leakages.

What do we need:

- 6-8 years of experience in working for a tech- start up (mandatory)

- Experience in working for technology and support roles

- Excellent communication skills as it involves interacting with global stakeholders

- Digital & entrepreneurial mindset with high agility & understanding of working remotely in VUCA environment

- Desired understanding of human capital systems, hiring models, and interview techniques

- Data-driven approach and knowledge of using advanced level excel

What will you do:

- Participate in manpower planning for the entire location and drive stakeholder experience

- Work to completely deliver the mandates end to end (from sourcing to offer)

- Maintain great touchpoints with all offered candidates

- Research and recommend new sources for building an active and passive candidate database & work on talent funnel for the business

- Track and report HR recruitment metrics like recruiting SLAs, cost of hiring, etc.

- Own the closure of all positions as per the annual/ quarter hiring plan

- Liaison with campuses for employer branding, internship programs, and managing the campus relations

- Support the India HR head on other employee related activities as and when needed
