The role would involve working on consulting projects in building values & culture, organizational and people development practices while ensuring that HR initiatives are business linked. Our HR experts get to work on Employer Branding assignments as well - The role calls for a complete understanding of the Human Resources function, strong analytical skills and the ability to diagnose business/people issues based on client interactions and available data. Work would be in the areas of organization design, competency mapping, designing performance management systems, HR policy & process design, talent development, assessment, and selection methods, enhancing employee engagement, running the HR function for start-up clients and helping clients strengthen their employer brand. Desired Background: A post graduate in HR with 4-8 years work experience. It is imperative that the candidate has worked in operational HR roles, covering the employee lifecycle.
