Carpediem is currently developing an HR consulting product that will cater to established as well as emerging corporates. While technology plays a significant role, creativity is at the core of the offering

Job Profile :

- Carpediem is looking for a professional to be a part of its HR consulting practice. The role would involve leading consulting projects in building organisational culture, organisational and people development practices while ensuring that HR initiatives are business linked

- The role calls for a complete understanding of the Human Resources function, strong analytical skills and the ability to diagnose business/people issues based on client interactions and available data. Work would be in the areas of organisation design, competency mapping, designing performance management systems, HR policy & process design, talent development, assessment and selection systems, enhancing employee engagement, running the HR function for startup clients and helping clients strengthen their employer brand

Desired Background :

A post graduate in HR with 8-10 years work experience in HR, preferably from a consulting background, with hands-on exposure in some of the functional HR areas such recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, capability development etc.
