Job Description :

Carlsberg India Management Trainee Program

What does the program look like? :

Carlsberg India Graduate Trainee Program is an accelerated 24-month program where management graduates will gain exposure across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Operations and HR.

Holistic view :

- You will be assigned to different pre-scheduled stint, short-term assignments and will be rotated within functions to get an in-depth understanding of our business operations.

- You will be equipped to suit the demands of the evolving & dynamic market through comprehensive on-the-job trainings and mentorship programs.

We are looking for persons who strives for results, challenges the status quo and is a strong communicator with an ability to influence and engage internal & external stakeholders.

Eligibility criteria :

Education: PGDM/MBA Degree (Batch - 2022 & 2021)

- Minimum 6.3 CGPA/60% throughout academic qualifications

- Participation in extra-curricular activities

- Less than 2 years pre-qualification work experience

- Fluency in written and spoken English

- Local citizens
