Project lead

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Lead to manage the software project/product of organization. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects and System Development Life Cycle. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.

The successful candidate will work directly with internal customer/clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfil client needs.

Responsibilities :

- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects

- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget

- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

- Ensure resource availability and allocation

- Develop detailed project plan to monitor and track progress

- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques

- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques

- Report and escalate to management as needed

- Perform risk management to minimize project risks

- Coordinate with third parties/vendors and all stakeholders

- Make sure to maintain comprehensive project documentation.

- Knowledge of ASP.NET, C#.NET, MVC, AJAX, No SQL SERVER, ANGULAR JS, React JS, Java Script/jQuery, SQL 2012/2016, Docker, Microservice dot net core 5.0 +.is added advantage

- Expert in Project Management tool (MS-Project), Microsoft TFS and MS Visio

- Collaborate with other software developers, business analysts and software architects to plan, design, develop, test, and maintain web based business applications built on Microsoft technologies.

- Experience in designing, testing, implementing, deploying and managing of applications and services is added advantage.

- Expertise in conducting training sessions with employees.

- Expert hand in researching, designing, implementing and managing software program

- Strong experience in Asp.net technology

- Efficient in requirement understanding and interaction with client.

- Cargo Domain knowledge is a major plus

Qualifications for Project Manager /Lead :

- Bachelor's degree (preferably in computer science)

- 5-8 years of project management and related experience

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

- Proven ability to solve problems creatively

- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

- Experience in handling projects through the complete life cycle (SDLC)

- Excellent analytical skills

- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
