Develop best value supplier -Sourcing, Developing & Onboarding 4. Strategic Purchase based on Market scenario. Supplier Risk Assessment 5. Coordination with QEM/FSQR for vendor audits 6. Monitor/Maintain the limits of the categories as per the stipulated positioning 7. Spend Analysis & Inventory Control 8. Costing analysis and providing inputs for Cost Into 9. Study on price movement APIs and analyse to take proper positioning to strategically cover the products at most optimum pricing Qualifications and Experience 1. MBA from reputed institute 2. Experience of 8 - 10 Years 3. Minimum experience of 5 Years in Micro sourcing 4. Vendor Development 5. Having Strong Negotiation skills 6. Exposure on strategic buying and long term contract 7. Position and Quality Risk Management 8. Having prior experience in handling Third party ,Minerals and Pharma Ingredients
