Position Purpose &amp; Summary : Accelerated Continuous Improvement (ACI) will serve as the Execution Engine to achieve sustainable success by enforcing discipline, transparency and sense of urgency to deliver our plans across the teams/ functions. The scope of the ACI process will be aimed at identifying value and generating growth across key business initiatives. To improve the financial performance and to have greater accountability &amp; transparency with faster decision making and execution pace. This role is responsible for roll out and deployment for Accelerated Continuous Improvement (ACI) framework in India as part of FIBI APAC strategy. Responsible for providing leadership, driving transformational excellence &amp; instilling a disciplined approach in making business decisions and continuously improve our performance/efficiencies and enable our growth. Principal Accountabilities : 1. Driving Performance &amp; Change Management - 45% - Driving transformational excellence, changing mindsets and behaviors to ensure the sustainability of the transformation - Rollout &amp; deploy ACI framework/processes within India business - Lead and drive ownership of creating a disciplined approach of making business decisions sustainable - Driving results through challenging Country Leadership and focused performance management - Determining the true trajectory and potential of the business using readily available data, external benchmarks, proven tools, interviews - Map and identify key growth/revenue and cost/efficiency opportunities to drive enhance value for business - Challenge sponsors and initiative owners to do more/faster - Chair critical performance management discussions within Steering Committee/Workstreams Leaders - Provides leadership and actively coaches and mentors Workstream Leaders/Teams 2. Mobilizing the organization - 35% - Mobilizes &amp; engages the organization for driving the change - Acts as positive catalyst and motivates the organization across cross functional projects - Coaches Workstream Leaders to deliver on agreed execution plan - Provides leadership to Workstreams for planning and execution of projects and programs across the business, keeping internal and external benchmarks in considerations - Monitors project progress on portfolio of projects to identify variances from the plan and make needed corrections - Ensures that project objectives and scope are aligned for all projects as per overall Business objectives - Recommend resource deployment/ prioritization, when needed 3. Leading the TO team - 20% - Coordinate efforts &amp; output across the ACI framework&nbsp; - Facilitate coordination between team from enterprises and functions, Engage MDs and SteerCo to resolve conflicts, allocate/prioritize resources, Consider target setting from cross-functional initiatives to increase collaboration - Driving the TO Team : Design, refine and apply tools and reporting, Empower and coach TO team members, Coordinate workstreams sponsors, leads and site sponsors, Manage enterprise/function TO work plan Required Qualifications : - Post Graduate with at least 12-15 years of relevant experience - Demonstrated project &amp; performance management experience in a similar role (Consulting/Industry experience) - Outstanding influencing &amp; change leadership skills - Excellent judgment, ability to distill insights from multiple sources of information into an executive-level overview - Excellent problem solving skills, ability to help others organize problem solving and act - Demonstrated project management experience, preferably with an organizational metrics component - Analytical orientation, with comfort and with understanding inputs to metrics and setting realistic targets within the organization - Possesses a clear vision relevant to the initiative that offers a perspective on how the organization needs to change to succeed Preferred Qualifications : - Strong understanding of business and policy issues faced by the organization, and why the transformation is critical Other relevant information : - This role will provide an opportunity to build a holistic business mindset and expand skills in project management and process change initiatives.&nbsp; - The strong execution of this role would provide opportunities for future roles within the business/functions or process improvement team.
