Cargill India Pvt Ltd is looking to hire Assistant Manager Sales-B2B for its Global Edible Oil Solutions (GEOS) Business.
- Position to be based at Gurgaon Office.
WHAT THIS ROLE OFFERS :
Position Purpose :
- A young, dynamic Sales professional to handle Business Development & B2B Sales for the given/new set of Niche customers / Key Accounts based out of Gurgaon office. The position reports to the National Sales Manager B2B.
Sales & Development : (45%)
- Achieving the sales target.
- Increasing the sales.
- tapping the opportunity with existing customers
Key Account Management / Customer relationship management : (20%)
- Customer engagement .
- Managing the needs.
- Continuous meeting plans with all functions of customers
Sales Hygiene Management : (10%)
- AR Management.
- Contract Management
- Ageing stock management
New product / Business development : (10%)
- Tapping all new opportunity / customer in market.
- Expanding the customer base.
- Product innovation with existing / new customers.
Operations / SCM Management : (10%)
- Ensuring timely delivery to customer
- Service innovations with existing and new customers.
- VMI, IBP, Close coordination with internal SCM team.
Reporting & other sales responsibilities - Presentation / reports etc. : (5%)
Required Qualifications :
- A Bachelor degree (Food Tech / Engineers / MBAs) with 4-8 years experience.
- Good negotiation and communication skill.
- Experience of only B2B, Key accounts Management.
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
Preferred Qualifications :
- Food Tech / Engineers / MBAs (premier/good institutes)/ Bachelor degree.
- At least 4-8 years experience in Sales & Business Development specially in Food industry.
- Key account management & Customer relationship management.
- Open to travel & relocation.
- Ability to deliver under tight deadlines.
- End to end solution provider to customers / internal functions
