For more information, visit www.thecareerlabs.com RESPONSIBILITIES - Provide timely, superior customer service for inquiries related to Admission Consulting Services. - Strong knowledge on Driving the processes &amp; SLAS - Handle the team in an efficient manner to carry out the whole task - Handling escalations - SOP creation, implementation &amp; execution of strategies ranging from Customer acquisition, retention, customer success - Handling operational tasks end to end for multiple cohorts of a vertical. - To enhance students experience by taking new initiatives. - Hiring, training &amp; monitoring the resources. - Building a pool of quality Instructor/Subject Matter Experts ( in various emerging technologies) - Quality check, smooth academic delivery consisting of project feedback, doubt resolution, live sessions for the respective programs. - Maintain good relationships with Students and University/College SPOC's along with query management from the student side. SKILLS REQUIRED - Technical and domain expertise would include, but is not limited to: strong domain knowledge, hands-on knowledge of tools and professional certifications. - Superior problem-solving skills and can work under pressure - Exceptional communication skills, both written &amp; verbal - Good motivational skills. - Strong negotiation skills. - Exceptional organizational skills. - Awareness of internal and external customer needs. - Knowledge of Admissions Processes is an advantage.
