CareerLabs - Manager - Product Marketing (2-5 yrs)
Job Overview :
CareerLabs is looking for a Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about product marketing and has a deep motivation to create an impact in the EdTech space. When you join CareerLabs, you will be expected to work in a high paced cross-functional work environment, be extremely detail-oriented and take ownership of the laid out plan.
You will have a sounding leadership team and a smart peer group, but we will expect you to take conclusive calls on assigned projects. In the same spirit, we expect you to come in with a decisive hypothesis and data-driven insights on these product marketing decisions. You will be working on a high impact moonshot project for CareerLabs. Hence, we encourage you to think big, without constraints.
Responsibilities :
- Analyze web, product, and customer metrics to support weekly, monthly, and quarterly business updates.
- Monitor competitor pricing and product offering to identify opportunities.
- Analyze device trends, product mix and upsell attach rates to uncover opportunities for optimization.
- Communication and content across landing pages of programs, digital marketing channels, and email communications.
- Help with various tasks associated with website setup including but not limited to creating pages, product setup, category setup, pricing/shipping inputs
- Assist the Product Marketing team with other growth-focused project initiatives such as research and project tasks to help launch new product offerings, etc.
- Proactively check on website performance (using Google Analytics) and escalate any issues appropriately along with viable solutions
- Support seasonal planning efforts.
- Work on special projects assigned by the manager.
Qualifications for the role :
- At least 2 years of experience in product management or digital marketing or content marketing
- Strong content marketing skills - blog, email, landing page, and digital channels communication strategy and content writing skills.
- Experience to have worked on analytics platform - Google Analytics, Mixpanel, MoEngage, Clevertap or WebEngage
- Experience to have worked on CRM platforms like Salesforce or Zoho.
- Working know-how of various digital marketing channels - Google Search, Google Discovery, Google Display, Facebook, LinkedIn, Quora, and Youtube.
- High analytics skills and hands-on with analysis using Microsoft Powerpoint, Microsoft Excel, and MS Office suite of applications.
- An MBA degree in Marketing or Bachelor's degree with certifications in Digital Marketing or Product Management.
- Must be able to juggle multiple projects at the same time
