CareerLabs - Associate Vice President - Operations (5-8 yrs)
ROLE DESCRIPTION :
As the leader in operations, you will be the guardian of the success of 1000's of students each month. You and the team will be literally delivering on the brand promise that the students sign up for. Since we work with students whose career paths are impacted by our work, we take this work to be sacred. We will be shortly servicing 50,000 to 100,000 students in a few short years and we look upto you to build the capability to execute that.
- Strategy : SLA, NPS, Course Completion rates are the metrics that are golden for us and you will be the owner of the same and strategizing to keep improving on the same.
- Analytics : You live and breath numbers and from the cockpit you understand the machinery through numbers!
- People : Nothing works without a team. Not just manage the team, but nurture them to future leaders and managers is critical
- Process and Systems : As products mature inside CareerLabs, we will automate the processes and setup systems to ensure we deliver on the brand promise.
REQUIRED SKILLS & PARAMETERS :
- 5- 8 Years Experience in Service Operations
- MBA preferred by not mandatory as long as you bring the caliber for the role
- Good Communication skills / People Management skills
- Analytics Skills would be a standout if you can demonstrate
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :
- EdTech Operations and Service experience
