CareerLabs - Associate Product Manager - LMS

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Every Year, we at CareerLabs help lakhs of students to upskill for their professional journey ahead. There are 100's of different career tracks and 100's of courses to be designed for them! For an EdTech brand like CareerLabs, we closely monitor the Student Learning Engagement and Course completion rates.

Learning Management System (LMS) is one of the critical systems that impacts these metrics.

We have laid the foundations of inhouse LMS and are looking for a Product Manager to manage the Product Journey. Your product will be used by 1000's of students every day growing into lacs in the coming months.

RESPONSIBILITIES : 

- Own the Product and Roadmap

- Incorporate Customer Research, Business Requirements

- Define Sprints and Product Release Ownership

- Product Design

- Workflow, User Journey, Results, Efficacy Testing and all aspects of UI/UX Outcomes

- Sprint and Release Management

- Sprint Management with Engineering

- Project Management for roll out

 - Owning the Release Cycles

- Analytical Approach

- Data driven approach for reviewing the performance and metrics

- Customer Adoption and Success Metrics Ownership

- Ownership of Post acquisition User Engagement Metrics

REQUIRED SKILLS & PARAMETERS :

- Experience with all Necessary Tools- Ideal candidates should have 0 - 2years of hands-on product management, process management

- Must be an engineer

- Good Communication skills
