Hiring for Career Counselor Head - Multiple Location

Roles & Responsibilities:

Lead the entire career counselling group globally.

- Manage a team of school counsellors and provide coaching, training, and guidance as needed.

- Conduct career assessments and interpret the results to help students identify their strengths, interests, and career aspirations.

- Develop and implement counselling programs that align with the needs of students and the school community.

- Conduct assessments and interviews to identify students' strengths, interests, and goals, and provide guidance on academic and career paths and development opportunities.

- Organize career fairs and other events to expose students to various career options and connect them with professionals in the field.

- Collaborate with faculty to integrate career development into the curriculum and provide resources to support student success.

- Build relationships with parents, community organizations, and employers to identify job shadowing, internships, and other experiential learning opportunities for students.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and labour market changes to provide informed advice to students.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of counselling programs and make recommendations for improvements.

- Develop marketing strategies to promote counselling services and attract new students.

- Manage administrative tasks, including budgeting, scheduling, and record-keeping.

- Provide students with information and resources on career related topics (job search strategies, resume writing, interview skills, industry skills frameworks, career workshops etc)
