About the role: We need a data driven marketer to come and take charge of our online customer acquisition efforts. We have a website with 1 lakh+ pages waiting for traffic. The apps are fully functional version of the website. We have created an excellent product with great user experience with all of our love and devotion. We have strong faith in the product and the Head of Acquisition will be responsible for driving traffic and footfall to the product across various online marketing channels across the entire sales funnel. Responsibilities: Channels we are currently looking to scale: - SEO: We have decent on-page SEO. The next level of organic growth can only happen via off-page work. Creating a decent backlink profile will help us in the medium term. The Growth Hacker will take charge and ownership of creating a backlink profile to help CareClues stand out among competitors. - Google Adwords: Paid search is a key growth area. Focus on managing multiple paid adwords campaigns. Execute tests, collect and analyze data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns. Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns. Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization. Utilizing Google Display Network, including remarketing and contextual advertising for conversion optimization. - Facebook: Head of Acquisition will be responsible for bringing the customer through the entire funnel lifecycle. Full ownership of executing Facebook CPC/CPM campaigns. Formulating campaign strategy, analysing competitors, and testing. Duties include: Preparing the campaign and preparing brief for the creative, launching, optimization and reporting, periodic ad text copy development and testing. Understanding of scaling opportunities with the help of custom audiences and lookalike audiences. - App Users Acquisition: Using UAC and Facebook App install campaigns to bring high quality users to the app with high stickiness. Suggest conversion optimization techniques to achieve high engagement with mobile users. Desired candidate profile : A desirable candidate for such a dynamic team should have the following traits: - An MBA from a Premier institute with an impeccable performance in academics. - Having a startup mindset with minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience. Proven track record at one of the more successful indian startup company a must. - Innate interest in learning about customers behavior through both numbers and qualitative data. - Being data-driven and kind of a data-geek: clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics. - Highly creative individual, thinks outside of the box, develops innovative strategies and visually-compelling imagery, in line with our product's USP. - Very standards driven, can implement, review, develop and benchmark standards to ensure the organisation becomes and remains worldclass. - A social person with an ability to build strong and lasting relationships, having a high energy and positive attitude that exudes power.
