Job Responsibilities:
Own the consumer's journey across marketing and product funnels
1. Work with internal team and external agencies, sales team, product team(s), operations team(s) to solve user needs at various points of the marketing & product funnels and grow the individual business lines. Aim would be to increase sales, and he/she should be able to measure other relevant business and marketing KPIs
2. Drive new customer acquisition strategy, both online and offline to ensure maximum app downloads and usage among both b2b and b2c base
3. Appointment booking for in-clinic consultation- Appointment booking for chat/video consultation
4. Understand needs of various consumer segments for various products
5. Discover a unique differentiated value proposition for each of the products based on robust market research
6. Developing or overseeing Interactive Marketing plans with an understanding of the current online customer acquisition channels. Experience with E-Mail, Display Advertising, Affiliate, SEO/SEM, Social Media, and Mobile.
7. Lead strategy for content calendar, ensure Social Media content deliverables and leads day-to-day activities to maintain all social network accounts and communications on platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Linkedin, YouTube, Quora etc
8. Work closely with client success teams to bring new users to the platform post the account launch.
9. Drive branding within client ecosystems to increase top-of-mind awareness of health benefits by careclues among the relevant clientele
Desired candidate profile:
A desirable candidate for such a dynamic team should have the following traits:
- An impeccable performance in academics.
- Having a startup mindset with minimum 4 years of demonstrated experience.
- Highly creative individual, thinks outside of the box, develops innovative strategies and visually-compelling imagery, in line with our product's USP.
- Very standards driven, can implement, review, develop and benchmark standards to ensure the organization becomes and remains world class.
- A social person with an ability to build strong and lasting relationships, having a high energy and positive attitude that exudes power.
