Seeking candidate with work experience in Bank (in credit/risk roles only) or Rating agency. Freshers with outstanding academics may also apply. The candidate must be a CA or MBA from tier 1/2 colleges. Candidate located or willing to relocate to Delhi may only apply. Indicative core responsibility of analyst/ lead analyst includes:- - Derive insights from financial statements, regulatory filings/orders, agreements, study reports, sanction documents etc. - Prepare concise report from a voluminous data set. Hence fluency is required in MS Excel, PPT and Word. - Regularly monitor portfolio companies and industry. - Advanced knowledge on ratios and cash flow analysis is mandatory. - Interact with client to seek information. Visit plant and conduct management meeting. - Write ratings notes and making presentations before rating committees. - Handle post committee procedures and comply with audit.
