1. 3-4 years of experience in B2B product management, preferably SaaS business
2. Strong problem solving, analytic, and decision-making skills. Able to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and formulate effective action plans to resolve issues
3. Good business judgment when making decisions and always considers the relevance/impact of each decision on the business
4. Ability to understand technical requirements of projects and effectively manage resources, vendors and test efforts
5. Lead product development by working with cross-functional teams including marketing, merchandising, engineering, customer service, operations, finance, legal, UX, creative, and more.
