CarDekho.com - Senior Manager - Taxation (8-10 yrs)
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure 100% complete, accurate and timely compliances relating to all areas of Direct and Indirect Taxes.
- To effectively work with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders, counsels, service providers to ensure 100% compliances.
- To effectively handle past / on-going tax litigations.
- To take initiative and identify tax optimisation opportunities.
- To optimize cost of fiscal tax compliance, litigation; manage tax spends
- To assess tax risks / exposure much in advance and prepare / present plan to address the same in advance and manage the same effectively.
- Accounting for taxes under IND AS, ICDS and drive deferred tax accounting, normal tax accounting and financial disclosures as may be required. Liaison with statutory and internal auditors to get these aspects signed off and cleared.
- Independently drive the tax audit and transfer pricing compliance for the group entities.
- Lead oversight of work and deliverables of tax retainers and consultants to optimize their output and effectiveness.
- Groom, coach and train tax team members. Work on their technical and functional proficiency enhancement initiatives.
