CarDekho.com - Senior Manager/Manager - Business Finance

Key responsibilities will include:

- Responsible for driving the Annual Plans, Rolling Forecast and Latest Estimate for the business as per the corporate timeliness.

- Enabling business deliver on the targets by supporting them with real time analytical support.

- Raising red flag for any deviation in the performance of BU compared to the plan on regular basis and working with business to course correct it.

- Drive monthly review forums with Business Unit Head and Finance Leadership team.

- Liaison between business and Finance team for any flow of financial informations.

- Approving contracts, asset acquisitions, expenditures and headcount against approved plans

- Ensuring the compliance with internal financial Controls (IFC) in all the business transactions.

- Driving the working capital optimization at Group level.

- Groom, coach and train tax team members. Work on their technical and functional proficiency enhancement initiatives.
