Key responsibilities will include :

- Developing clear understanding of key business drivers for each line of business, analyzing key financial metrics and developing business models to support providing decision making support to Business & Finance teams.

- Gaining a deep understanding of the - as-is- business process and principal pain points by interviewing Business Partners

- Developing operating P&L for different business verticals

- Supporting Finance & Business Management in simulation of revenue projections and corresponding expenses including working out margin protection/improvement plans.

- Build a seamless integrated framework for reporting critical organization metrics.

WHAT DOES THIS ROLE HOLD FOR YOU ?

- Support in reviewing and streamlining all Business verticals from Business Finance perspective which includes designing of the fund flow processes, business level margin analysis and budget modeling.

- Knowledge of Business Modelling, Research, Opportunity Landscaping, Competitor analysis, fund raising, merger & acquisitions.

- Support in providing framework for financial & compliance controls across business units.

- Handling complex ad-hoc requests including transaction support requests with a short turnaround time and supplementing such requests with appropriate analysis and comments.

- Support in Delivering and managing Business scorecards for Senior Management working with the Finance leadership team

- Creating and optimizing data for giving insights to management and help in strategic planning

- Education Details : CA/MBA Finance

- No of Years of Experience Details : 6-10 years of experience.

- Experience Details : Business Finance, Financial Analyst, Business and Financial Modelling, worked in FPnA/Business Finance Functions

- Functional skills needed : Accounting Concepts, Advance Excel Skills, Knowledge of data mining techniques, Analytical Skills, Knowledge of forecasting techniques.

- Soft skills needed: Team Player, Good Communication Skills.
