WHAT DOES THIS ROLE HOLD FOR YOU??

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Mange day-to-day sales operations i.e. lead-sales cycle for clients including lead management, nurture, conversion tracking across CRM, contact center, analytics and technology

- Manage lead flow from Marketing Campaigns, Data Sync across various systems, analyzing responses and converting them into sales intelligence

- Ensuring process deliverables and quality

- Identifying critical issues impacting operations and strategy from metrics including capacity, productivity insights, lead-to-sales analysis

- Conducting ops review with clients and internal business leaders

- Ensuring the client & internal business team[s] has appropriate reporting (daily, weekly, and monthly), dashboards, and analytics with high-quality data

- Working with technology teams to deploy technology features

APPLY IF YOU HAVE:

This is a fast-paced and timeline-driven role that requires the candidate to have excellent analytical and logical skills; and good process & Stakeholder management skills

- Experience in Sales Operations & Strategy in a leads-driven sales organization. Preferred industry is BFSI, Auto, and sales BPOs

- Minimum of 3+ years total work experience

- Deep experience with CRM software like Salesforce

- Understanding of sales processes and ability to engage proactively/ confidently with experienced business leaders

- Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights

- Strong excel skills set to retrieve and analyze data from disparate sources

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills

- Driven, self-starter with an ability to work autonomously
