WHAT DOES THIS ROLE HOLD FOR YOU??

- CarDekho.com is India's leading car search venture that helps users buy right cars. We provide a rich array of tech-enabled tools to OEMs and Car dealers.

- This role will allow you to showcase your technical savvy, business-level perspective and operational experience. The associate will directly work with Sales and Marketing teams.

- This will include going out to meet a client or prospect to help close a deal or gather feedback; working with architects to craft, or even build, a specific solution to bring to a client.

Key responsibilities will include :

- Define Market leading features for our key products around Lead to Order and Order to Cash cycles or BPM products.

- Understand client requirements and conceptualize how our range of product offerings can grow their business.

- Thought leadership for B2B product development and management

- Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes

- Assesses market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.

- Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.

- Translating product strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes

- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact

- Work closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources

APPLY IF YOU HAVE :

- Solution Design experience around CRMs, BPM Solution & Lead Management System. Which includes Pre-Sales solutioning.

- Vision for a B2B product development in both in-premise and SAAS models

- Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager

- Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up ones sleeves to get the job

- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Willing to travel on requirement and should be flexible on-site deployment
