Product Head - Auto Finance Product Head will own & control the entire gamut of digital products and innovation for Auto Finance for CarDekho group. We have been pioneers in breakthrough innovation in this space, having launched best in class product suite for end-to-end value chain of used car finance processing. There is a lot more that needs to be done - the incumbent will come and deliver from day 1! It's a great opportunity to be part of a small, entrepreneurial team delivering industry transforming products which will be taken globally and get dedicated time with Business Head. Key Responsibilities - Owns strategy and roadmap for the product - Define complete product requirement of the finance business - Manage the complete product development strategy for front end and back end systems - Takes strategic decision of licencing open source /licenced products widely available in the market to improve time to market - Stake holder management - Ability to understand and discuss technical aspect of the solutions with technical architects. Passionate about technology. have used technology to solve business problems in previous organizations - Design and run beta / pilot programs with early-stage products and product iteration cycle - Establish strong product management processes, run daily, weekly reviews - Provide innovative/3rd party solutions for Reporting, Analytics and CRM
