Restructure processes/policies to create better customer experience 3. Automating the processes by liasoning with Product team for an overall improved experience Customer Satisfaction : 1. Taking over the charter of Customer NPS 2. Plan and execute processes to align Customer's interest with Org's interest 3. Improving Customer/Dealer NPS score by launching/setting up new initiatives Team Handling : 1. Create the Process Excellence department and build the function from scratch Requirements: - CAs/MBAs from premier institutions with experience in managing process/business excellence/strategy role. Someone who has worked with Big 4 or in related consulting industries. Exp- 5~7 years min.
