Manager - Strategy, 2W Finance Marketplace This would be a critical role for the bike finance team. The person would be expected to lead strategic initiatives, manage key clients and liase with all the stakeholders for driving efficiency (both internal &amp; external) Responsibilities: - Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including product, tech, analysts and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers- expectations. - Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts - Proactively leads a joint company-strategic account planning process that develops mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones for a one and three-year period. - Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis. - Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel. - Create business proposals for new and existing opportunities. Play fundamental role in setting up new businesses; take responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new customers. - Making quick, data driven decisions and communicating clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders Requirements of the role: - B.E/ B.Tech or equivalent - MBA preferred - 2 - 4 years of work experience - Startup experience would be a plus - Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization (both internal and external) - Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail - Self-starter with an entrepreneurial bent of mind - Strategic with strong problem solving &amp; negotiation skills - Excellent communication and presentation skills - both written &amp; verbal - A high degree of motivation, self-awareness &amp; ability to multi task effectively in a challenging environment
