Manager - Inventory Funding 1. Strategize end to end product flow from process and automation view point. 2. Strategize and achieve AOP for Dealer Onboarding and transactions 3. Liaise with stakeholders to understand process gaps and pain points and come out with solution . 4. Facilitate solution implementation with internal and external tech teams 5. Drive key KPI for product P&L as per management guidance 6. Conduct regular sync up with different key teams for open exchange of ideas and communication 7. Do regular market recce and present ideas on product improvisation 8. Liaise with Banks for credit lines and co creation of products 9. Drive utilization of sanctioned limits 10. Maintain Portfolio health 11. Structuring inventory funding products in coordination with dealers and manufacturer 12. Responsible for all communication between bank and dealers on matters pertaining to limits, supporting retail finance business and streamlining operational process Attributes : 1. Experience in Auto Finance 2. Product management exposure 3. Capability of thinking out of box for scale up and implementation 4. Effective stakeholder management
