Key responsibilities will include:
1) Responsible for New Client Acquisition, Increasing Market Share & Profitability with existing clients within the assigned territory
2) Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders of banks, insurance, leasing and OEM clients within the assigned territory
3) Should be willing to travel across the assigned territory to meet all clients and stakeholders for regular meetings, performance reviews and new client acquisition.
4) Identify existing & emerging client needs and coordinate with Auctions Management Team to develop suitable products & services to fulfil those needs.
5) New client acquisition and client retention with consistent performance to deliver client needs / requirements
6) Regularly coordinate with the Auctions Ops Team to ensure client satisfaction & service delivery par commitments & excellence
7) Regularly conduct post month review meetings with Key Clients and travel within the territory to conduct these meeting
8) Team Handling: Should be adept at handling team and create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture
9) Discover training needs and provide coaching, Oversee day-to-day operation and Monitor team performance and report on metric
