This role will require close association with the Senior Management leaders, Front ending with Employees and on ground role Key Skills : - Understanding business and its linkages to people charter - enjoys fast paced environment / high bias for action - Critical stakeholder management for entire Jaipur location - Team management - Should have good Business Overview&nbsp; - Scale - No of people - Team - Revenue/GMV - Stakeholders Key areas of focus : - HR Business partnering with the business leader/s to understand the talent priorities and agree on plans to address the same. - Raise the bar on key HR processes - PMS/Talent Management / Learning etc - Value Business partnering to vertical heads and BU leaders - Deepen team and employee connect to Org and BU - Day to Day HR Operation activities The following competencies will enable success in the role: - Demonstrate Ownership &amp; Accountability. - Ability to Plan &amp; Prioritize. - HR Functional Knowledge, particularly around key HR processes. - Strong communication skills, especially with large groups. - Stakeholder management &amp; a demonstrated ability to influence. - Ability to collaborate with and outside the function to drive results. - Business Acumen - An ability to understand the business metrics / key drivers to drive appropriate decisions / actions that lead to business results. - An ability to think outside the box / creative thinking.
