- Hands-on seasoned collections leader to setup and lead the Pan India collections team from scratch.

- Setup and manage in-house team + relations with collection agencies Pan-India.

- Setup and lead multi-hierarchy tele-calling as well as field collection teams

- Setting up fraud management and operations practices to reduce delinquency ratios

- Responsible to track & control Pan India delinquencies- bucket-wise & DPD wise and as well as focus on non-starters

- Coordinating and liaising with the legal team to ensure legal action is taken on required cases

- Give pertinent data backed feedback to the credit team to help improve the credit policies and overall company NPA

- Manage the NPA as well as cost of collections metrics for the company Responsible for planning policies and products for relevant geographies across India.
