This role reports to Business Head - Auto Finance. Incumbent will drive overall business revenue, channel satisfaction and operational excellence by promoting best in class digital platform, processes and team. Role would involve extensive & frequent travel to current cities of operation and future locations. BUSINESS TARGETS & PLANNING : - Own & drive overall business volume targets & revenue portfolio mix - Provide regular MIS/reporting of business performance and channel KPIs to internal stakeholders PRODUCT INNOVATION : - Drive implementation of new innovations on used car loans, as defined from time to time - Help drive a seamless online to offline experience using process through 100% digital product adoption CHANNEL MANAGEMENT : - Build, manage and coach team of regional heads to grow the channel business - Drive new channel onboarding, channel retention, channel servicing to achieve all targets - Develop and Manage relationships with Key Accounts and drive large channel deals - Drive product training for channel team - Drive planning & implementation of product policy for pricing, discounting and channel schemes (under the guidance of business head) - Drive Channel excellence and satisfaction BUSINESS OPERATIONS : - Build and execute manpower planning and ramp-up in line AOP projections - Design and implement processes and systems to regularly monitor and improve key process TATs - Iterate on processes with scale to drive process and cost-efficiency (cost per case) RISK MANAGEMENT : - Title Management - Payment Management VALUES : - Be brand ambassador of company values and responsible for building and driving company culture
