Accounting and Internal Controls and Compliances :
- Knowledge of the Accounting Standards including Ind AS and Financial Instruments, have worked on Ind AS environment.
- Well versed with the industry practices in accounting on various aspects including payout, credit rating appraisals, valuation of assets, provisioning trends and norms.
- Closing of the books on Monthly / Half Year / Annual Basis in a timely manner.
- Focus on the control environment necessary to maintain entity level controls and understand the fraud risk.
- Proactively can take initiative to develop and maintain necessary internal controls
- Engaged himself in various return filing with RBI and have practical exposure of the same.
- Can independently respond to various notices, queries of RBI on timely basis
Well versed with Business and Technology :
- Have experience of working with the business team closely, to keep proper coordination on the new products, current business.
- Well versed with retail loan portfolio management and understand its nuances
- Have engaged in the designing / feedback for development IT Applications / Engaged in evaluation of software to be used for Interest Computation and Provision Assessment required for regular accounting
Relevant Experience and Team Management :
- Posses latest work experience in a NBFC in Financial Accounting for atleast 5 years with a total work experience of atleast 8 years
- Have Handled Team of 3-5 persons in accounting
- Professional Qualification Chartered Accountant or Equivalent
