Key responsibilities will include:
- Create big idea campaigns and multiple concepts from creative brief
- Create copy for web, digital media and marketing for a wide variety of users and user needs
- Ensure copy tone and style are consistent with brand and style guidelines
- Interact with teams to understand business objectives, markets and audience insights
- Create enticing, brand appropriate copy for a variety of requests across digital touch points
- Translate concepts into relevant and effective messages
- Contribute to brainstorming and creative brief development
- Writing copy for digital solutions and campaigns and conceptualizing and creating creative presentations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including client servicing and technology
- Staying up to date with social, digital, and technology trends and Contributing to product development and evolution
- Collaborate with account management, offline creative, interactive design, strategy, media & social team
- Ensure timely and flawless execution and Inspire a team of interactive designers, juggle multiple projects simultaneously, and work closely with clients
- Creative assignments of almost every kind digital (paid media, owned/ earned social platforms, original video content, mobile, experiential, PR/ talk- worthy ideas, just to name a few)
- Condense significant amount of content into succinct communication plan
- While you are your own captain (at the same time you need to be a team player), decide the success of your campaigns and get to work with prominent Indian and global brands
- Develop and implement process, standards and guidelines for ongoing copy development while demonstrating a fundamental understanding of the consumer/internet users- mindset
- Check the complete project to ensure it gets delivered as per the brief and requirement
- Translate concepts into effective tags and messages
- Ensure copy tone and styles are consistent with brand guidelines
- Campaign releases and Client Delight Levels
APPLY IF YOU HAVE-
- Post Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related fields plus 1-5 years- relevant experience in digital medium/multi domain brand exposure in the online space/campaign
- Strong conceptualization and writing skills with a comprehensive knowledge of the digital landscape
- Deep understanding of how copy relates to art, design, graphics and typography
- Excellent communication, organized, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- An online portfolio of award-winning digital work (proven experience in writing for web and digital platforms)
- Contextual alignment of the ideas to the marketing mix that ensures ROI
- Ability to create concepts and copy that delivers on creative briefs and align to business goals
- Working knowledge of online media and user experience analysis is a plus
- Polished client presentation skills, demonstrating a clear vision of how the work addresses problems and objectives set forth in the creative brief
- Ability to envision creative ways to leverage ideas and technologies, both online and offline
- Attention to detail (punctuation, grammar, tone of voice) a must
- Good understanding of social media platforms and their network effects
- Excellent written, verbal and visual communication skills
- Strong conceptual & analytical skills with knowledge of how copy relates to art, design, graphics and user-experience
- Ability to think on the feet and be confident about propositions and suggestions
- Creative thinking (ability to make shit happen)
- Proven ability to create copy for a variety of audience, brand and domains/industries
