About the Role -  Leadership role within the auctions business of CarDekho.com responsible for making it convenient for car owners to sell their car leveraging the vast CarDekho dealer and buyer network. You will be responsible for launching and driving 2 models in respective cities - DoorStep Selling- through at home inspections and - Store Selling- at dedicated / partner stores to sell.  CarDekho.com is already established as India's #1 auto destination to buy a new and used car. The right person will help us establish us as the #1 destination to sell your car in each city and help co-create the playbook to roll-out this nationally.  Job Description :  - Own and drive the P&L of over annualized 200Cr GMV by year end for respective region by leading a team of over 20+ people while maximizing convenience-prize realization for consumers.   - Hire, Train and Coach the team of 20+ people across car evaluators, customer service, dealer buyer marketing and operations  - Implement and improve processes to run day to day operations in a cost-effective manner  - Work closely with marketing teams to influence digital and BTL marketing activities to generate consumer demand  - Drive day-to-day trading decision across procurement and sales of vehicles with dedicated teams of car purchase and sales  - Manage all refurbishment, delivery and paper transfer processes leveraging established in-house teams or set-up new tie-ups where required  Education and Qualification :   - Graduate degree with mechanical/automobile specialization preferred (Auto enthusiast may also apply - expect to get into nuts and bolts of cars initially).   - MBA from Top Tier College is preferred  - 4-10 years of work experience with some general management experience  - Prior P&L experience in hyperlocal delivery / ecommerce preferred   - Strong communication & Negotiation Skills, need to have a positive and never-say die attitude  - Ability to handle ambiguity   - Proven team building and team management skills
