To this end, we are looking to hire BAs with an analytical bent of mind to play pivotal role in our business unit.   This role has the potential to impact the largest BU within CarDekho with high visibility with founders and top management. This role will provide exposure to multiple business and create growth path for a driven individual within the company.  Responsibilities :  a) Primary & Secondary Research  b) Preparation of presentations and decks for internal and external audience  c) Financial Analysis/ Modelling  d) Conduct relevant analysis by collecting data from all internal and external sources  e) Creating meaningful insights from the data and also address information gaps  f) Manage various stakeholders, coordinate across businesses and departments to get work done  Skills required :  a) Should have hands on knowledge and understanding of Primary and Secondary Research  b) Good understanding of financial statements  c) Excellent MS Office (Excel, Word, and Presentation) skills  d) Strong Analytical Skills and process orientation   e) Team player who is flexible enough for multi-tasking  f) Strong communication  g) Take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion   Qualifications :  a) Bachelors in Finance / Engineering Graduates   b) 1 - 4 years of experience   c) Candidate with MBA / Masters in Finance will be preferred
