To this end, we are looking to hire BA/SBA with an analytical bent of mind to play pivotal role in the Analytics & Strategy Team. This role has the potential to impact one of the most pivotal CarDekho businesses with high visibility to top management. This role will provide exposure to consumer auctions business and create growth path for a driven individual within the company. Responsibilities : a) Leverage information across various data sources, cross tabulating to integrate and enrich information to provide meaningful, timely and accurate reports to various business partners as per their requirements b) Creating meaningful insights from the data and also address information gaps c) Supporting database management activities d) Ensure timely delivery of reports with utmost accuracy and with actionable insights e) Manage various stakeholders, coordinate across businesses and departments to get work done Skills required : a) Candidates should have min 2-3 years of experience in Business Analytics b) Strong experience in VBA, Macros, and Excel c) Should have End-to-end SQL experience d) Strong Quantitative & Analytical Skills e) Well aware of MS Powerpoint and Charts f) Team player who is flexible enough for multi-tasking g) Good in communication h) Take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion ; project management capability will be a plus Qualifications : a) Engineering Graduate from Top Tier-1 colleges. a) 2+ years of total experience b) Strong analytical and communication skills
