WHAT DOES THIS ROLE HOLD FOR YOU??

- CarDekho Auto Finance Platform is the country's largest auto focused Fintech platform that offers easy access of diverse loan choices to car buyers. The platform is backed by the trust of country's largest auto financier's, end-to-end digital integration, robust backend product suite and a self-driven pan-India team that delivers best experience to consumers. The platform has successfully originated & processed more than 30000 loan applications.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Bridge the gap between business goals and consumer problems; define and own the short term and long-term product roadmaps in line with the goals set by business team.

- Document all the business and product requirements based on inputs from all key stakeholders; define the product acceptance testing criteria; work closely with engineering, design, data sciences and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure timely delivery.

- Think as an end user and translate complicated product ideas into simple wireframes and flows so as to deliver world class user experience.

- Engage with customers & partner with internal stake-holders (Marketing, Operations, Business, Communication, Growth) to prioritise, drive and implement the product changes.

- Conduct A/B testing, multivariate experiments to constantly validate hypothesis and decide best strategy to enhance product.

- Identify key success metrics for the product, its features and measure the metrics post launch; constantly look for opportunities to optimize the product/feature performance.
