This role would require managing technology products/systems meant for sales & operations teams in used car loans business - one of the key focus areas for the company.

General Information :

Job title : Associate Product Manager

- Worksite location: Gurgaon, Haryana

- Reporting manager: Senior Product Manager

- Reportees: None

Tasks :

- The APM would take care of the end-to-end life cycle of features - from gathering requirements from business teams, HODs, etc. to writing PRDs to finalizing UI/UX to managing development & testing to release to training to driving & monitoring adoption

- The person will be highly detail oriented and willing to do everything required to drive problem resolution through technology - from grunt work to strategic thinking to occasional testing

- The person will frequently manage ad-hoc work streams and unplanned work along with the core tasks

- The person will use her/his strong foresight and planning skills to build roadmaps for layers of improvement over existing features or building new ones

Skills :

- Understanding on tech stacks and interaction among components

- Strong analytical ability

- Ability to interact & manage relationship with senior level stakeholders of partner organizations

- Ability to identify & adopt industry best practices

Experience :

- 1-2 years of product management experience in an agile set-up

- Previous experience of handling similar systems/products will be preferred

- Travel: 5-10% local/domestic travel
