Profile Description:

Product Analytic's Associate will be responsible for conducting analyses to support product decisions. In addition, the candidate will be required to support development of back-end systems to measure performance and efficiency of product features.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize and develop dashboards to measure performance of product features.

- Track key metrics on a day-to-day basis. Identify outliers in patterns and analyse the cause of such outliers.

- Implement product features with deep analytic's integration.

Skills Required:

- B. Tech. in CS, EE or any other related field from a Tier 1 college with background in econometric.

- Excellent understanding of statistical analysis (e.g regression modeling, time-series analysis etc.). Knowledge of machine learning will be a plus.

- Excellent knowledge of excel. Must be able to build excel models to analyse data and test hypothesis with minimum supervision. Working knowledge of macros.

- 2-4 years of relevant experience with product analytic's for internet companies (e.g. eCommerce)

- Good oral/written communication skills. Strong attention to details

- Hands on experience with Google Analytic Toolkit will be a plus

- Hands on experience with back-end development will be a plus(Java preferred)
