Job Responsibilities: - Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements. - Build automated report and dashboard based on requirements for supporting operational to decision making process. - Publish weekly/monthly business performance &amp; individual team performance reports - Identify and report potential business risks or opportunities - Work closely with the Business Strategy Team and Leadership Team on data projects. - Communicate analysis results and make recommendations to senior management. Job Requirements: - B.Tech from a premier institute (IIT/NIT/BITS/ etc) - 2-4 year or more experience in data analytics and strategy - Data Analysis skills - working with large chunks of data, data extraction, consolidation and preparation - Excellent Excel Knowledge for data analysis and modelling - SQL proficiency, at least 1-2 years of relevant experience - Experience with data visualization tools (preferably Tableau) will be considered a big plus - Experience in R or Python will be highly appreciated and useful - Excellent problem-solving skills
