CarDekho became profitable even before it raised any funding, however, the investments scaled the company to new heights Job Summary: Training Need Identification - Consult with internal stakeholders to understand the challenges facing employees and business priorities. 2. Design Learning experiences/programs - Invent and develop engaging learning experiences and programs by establishing clear learning objectives and using strong instructional deign, content acquisition/development and learning program delivery skills. - Create and manage pilots to test new concepts and learn before launching full scale programs. Manage large scale global projects with multiple stakeholders. 3. Training Methods &amp; delivery - Design &amp; implement learning calendar as per the business needs and organizational competencies. - Facilitate &amp; conduct trainings for the respective capability. 4. Training effectiveness- Identify ways and means to measure the degree to which training improved the employee's knowledge, skill, and behavioural pattern within the organization as a result of the training. 5. Analytics - Ensure monthly, quarterly, annual reports based on the key talent development metrics are identified and shared with all the stakeholders. 6. Functional Onboarding - Own end to end functional training programs for onboardings across functions. 7. Research - Have a research mindset and believe in self-learning through research papers, articles, magazine, videos etc. 8. Content Development: Have done intensive content development on video, ppt, doc and other formats for in person training, online training and self learning 9. Training Automation Qualifications: - 8-10 years of experience in Learning and Development or similar role - Ability to lead a full training cycle - Knowledge of various training and teaching methods - Good knowledge of talent management and succession planning methods - Excellent creative and innovation skills in designing of training programs - Good time-management skills - Great interpersonal and communication skills - Able to take up challenging tasks - Able to handle ambiguity - Proficiency in MS Office (particularly excel and powerpoint)
