WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

Product Executive/Assistant Product Manager- Retail- Abrasives

As a CUMI Product Executive/APM, the purpose of your job is to manage one of the product groups of CUMI in the retail/ fast moving products segment from the above. You would be responsible for existing products as well as new products to be introduced in those product group you are responsible for. These products are mass distributed and are fast moving from retail hardware and paint counters.

WHAT KEY ROLES WILL YOU PLAY?

1. Identifying consumer insights, evolving trends with respect to application, usage efficiency upon market interaction.

2. Go to market planning for existing and new products Sales and Promotional support.

3. Identifying challenges in Product acceptance by analysing data and market intervention on promotion effectiveness, Sales, Distribution,

4. Conduct competitive products' studies and identifying gaps in product portfolio basis users interaction

5. Work along and support the Group Product head on:

a. Price Mapping and value offered

b. Feature -Advantage- Benefit based Positioning

c. Market Structure and Sizing

d. Inputs for promotional support, consumer offers and trade offer

6. Co-Ordinating with all key stakeholders for tracking progress on various elements of present product performance and reporting variances

7. Devising multilevel sales pitches for Channel Partners, Retail Outlet owners, Market activation team, Sales team and Influencers / Users / Jobbers. The key inputs for these coming from Application Engineering, Product Managers and Activation team
